Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist, based on-site at our Simpang Ampat location. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and supporting personnel management activities. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits administration and handling Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
