Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Kolkata, primarily for a Human Resources Recruiter for the IT Company. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition skills such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating potential hires
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintaining candidate databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and internal teams
• Organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges proactively
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment roles within the IT or technology sector is a plus
