Manage the entire employee life cycle for European employees, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.

Essential

Minimum of 5 years of broad HR generalist experience, with proven hands-on experience in Germany and at least one other European country within the specified scope (France, Spain, Portugal, or Benelux).
In-depth knowledge and practical application of German labour law, with a strong understanding of EU employment frameworks.
Full professional proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken).
Legal right to work in Germany (e.g., EU citizenship, valid Blue Card, or permanent residence permit).
Preferred
Familiarity with labour laws in France, Spain, Portugal, and/or the Benelux region.
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural, international matrix environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
