One of our leading client is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for administering and managing Employee Benefits programs with a strong focus on compliance, employee experience, Recruitment, Payroll and operational excellence.

Job Description:

• Min 4 years of experience in Employee Benefits or a related function
• Must have exposure to Healthcare /Biotech / Pharmaceutical Industry
• Good experience in Recruitment and HR Operation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting and visualization.
• Good Experience Payroll, benchmarking tools and benefits administration.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through dashboards and reports.
• Leads compensation reviews and job evaluations for moderately complex cases, including reclassifications, internal promotions, and organizational changes. Independently determines classifications and pay actions using data analysis and documentation, serving as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions.
