About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR coordination.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support performance management and appraisal coordination activities.
Assist in exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination and documentation.
