Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role will manage the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while also driving recruitment efforts and serving as a key liaison between leadership and employees.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in startup environments, preferably within smaller teams, and possess exceptional communication and writing skills.
1. HR Policies & Compliance:
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards.
2. Employee Relations:
• Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.
3. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
4. Performance Management & Development:
• Create and manage performance review processes.
• Support employee growth through training, development plans, and career-pathing initiatives.
5. Culture & Engagement:
• Promote and sustain a strong, inclusive company culture.
• Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to boost morale.
6. HR Operations:
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems efficiently.
• Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, satisfaction surveys).
7. Strategic Planning:
• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Anticipate workforce needs and proactively develop talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience (start-up or small business experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
