Intrinseque Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As a full-time Human Resources professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR strategy and initiatives of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions
- Administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance the employee experience
- Contributing to the development and execution of the company's HR strategy
- Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about employee engagement and the development of people
