Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner, based in Lahore. The HR Business Partner will actively collaborate with managers and employees to execute HR strategies and deliver business-aligned solutions. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating performance management processes, and providing guidance on HR best practices. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of developing and applying HR Policies and expertise in Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Proven experience in Employee Relations, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a positive work environment
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Performance Management systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Analytical skills to evaluate HR data and metrics for informed decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
