Job Summary
AllCloud is looking for an HR Business Partner, as an HRBP at AllCloud, you will be part of a global team AllCloud’s Employee's Success in every country, reporting to the Director of HR in EMEA and providing HR management and support to the entire team. As an HRBP you’ll take a key role in driving a unique organizational culture, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Member of the Employee Success team and of the German team, building a strong business partnership with your teams by providing consultancy to the management and to the team individuals on organization and cultural related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an HR business partnership role, preferably in a high-tech/startup company, Professional Services or Consultancy firm
- 3+ years experience working with global teams
- Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end
