Lead HR operations across the U.S., Canada, and Morocco; oversee U.S. administrative operations.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related; Master’s or relevant HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-country or multi-site HR operations (U.S., Canada, and/or international); people-leadership experience preferred.
Specific Technical HR Skills:
Full-cycle talent acquisition, including applicant tracking system (ATS) management (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
Employee relations, investigations, performance management program design, and organizational development.
HR compliance with multi-country labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA), and corporate SOP alignment.
Training program oversight, learning management system (LMS) administration, and accurate recordkeeping.
Payroll and benefits coordination, including PEO management, pre-processing payroll review, benefits enrollment, and reporting.
HRIS expertise with advanced reporting, dashboards, and data analytics (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, TriNet, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience managing organizational change, process improvement initiatives, and HR documentation for audits.
Administrative operations management, including office management, vendor coordination, and records retention.
