About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources.
Based on performance during the internship, the candidate may be offered a permanent role.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
- Support engagement activities and internal communications
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as needed.
Eligibility criteria:
- Recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working from office in Bengaluru.
