Define and execute the end-to-end HR strategy aligned to business goals: workforce planning, talent pipeline, culture, and organizational design.
Lead talent acquisition and employer branding for technical and functional roles—develop sourcing strategies, hiring KPIs, and interview frameworks to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
Design and manage compensation & benefits programs, job-leveling, and reward frameworks that retain top performers while controlling cost.
Own HR operations: HRIS administration, payroll oversight, HR policies, statutory compliance (Indian labour laws), and vendor management for on-site operations.
Drive performance management, leadership development, learning programs, and succession planning to build bench strength and improve productivity.
Act as senior employee relations advisor—resolve complex people issues, lead change management initiatives, and foster an inclusive high-performance culture.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
Proven HR leadership experience in technology/software companies with responsibility for end-to-end HR functions.
Demonstrable expertise in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits design, and organizational development.
Hands-on HRIS experience (implementation/administration) and working knowledge of payroll & HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations best practices.
Track record of implementing performance management, L&D interventions, and succession planning.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience with payroll platforms and HR analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Prior exposure to scaling HR functions in start-up or high-growth product engineering environments.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM/PHR) or advanced training in organizational development.
