Responsibilities

Support HR service delivery by analyzing and configuring HR systems and tools
Troubleshoot workflows and maintain system knowledge content
Collaborate with People Operations, HR, and Technology teams to develop system solutions
Assist in executing employee lifecycle transactions and process automation projects
Contribute to system enhancements and efficiency initiatives

Required Experience and Skills

1+ years of experience with HR systems, automation tools, and data-driven process optimization
Strong technical aptitude, particularly with JIRA or Asana
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience supporting HR operations or systems
Must have the ability to commute to the Newport Beach office 4 days per week
