Role : Human Resources Intern
Reporting To: HRD Manager / TA Lead
Location: Anywhere in India (Preferable – Pune)
Work Mode : Remote
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Job Posting & Vacancy Management
o Post approved job openings on designated job portals, company platforms, and
social media channels.
o Ensure accuracy of job descriptions and role specifications before publishing.
2. CV Screening & Shortlisting
o Screen and vet resumes strictly as per job descriptions and defined critical
selection criteria.
o Prepare structured shortlists for review by the HRD Manager / Hiring
Manager.
o Maintain rejection and hold lists with proper documentation.
3. Technical Test Administration
o Share technical/skill assessment tests with shortlisted candidates.
o Track completion status and follow up for timely submissions.
o Compile and present test results to the concerned evaluators.
4. Interview Coordination
o Schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
o Manage interview confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
o Ensure smooth coordination for online and in-person interviews.
5. Recruitment Data Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of all hiring activities and candidate data.
o Update recruitment trackers / ATS regularly.
o Generate basic hiring status reports as required.
