Responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources operations in
Singapore
to ensure operational efficiency and full regulatory compliance.
- Lead the formulation and rollout of innovative human resources initiatives.
- Manage local HR projects and organizational transformation programs, with a core focus on promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Provide professional guidance to management teams on policy execution and manpower management.
- Respond to employee concerns and issues in a timely manner, and build sound employee relations.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
- In-depth and proficient knowledge of
Singapore labor laws and relevant regulations

- Excellent communication proficiency in
English, Chinese and/or other local languages
