What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise across the employeelifecycle, HR operations, and data management. The ideal candidate should excel in performancemanagement, talent development, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with HRpolicies and statutory requirements. Strong stakeholder management, analytical abilities, andexcellent communication skills are essential. The role demands someone who can work effectively ina fast-paced environment, lead a small team, and drive HR initiatives end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HRMS, and HR data management.
Strong stakeholder management, with proven exposure across multiple HR domains.
Experience in driving performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Good understanding of HR processes, policies and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with performance management, employee engagement, and datareporting.

Talent & Performance Management
Drive end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, andfeedback.
Support career development discussions and identify learning needs for employees.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys.
Analyze feedback and propose actions to strengthen employee morale and workplace culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, exits, payroll inputs,and HR data management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
Support compensation reviews, policy implementation, and other cyclical HR processes.
Data & Insights
Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy.
Prepare reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, and HR metrics.
Use insights to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Team Guidance & Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members to ensure accuracy in data andprocess delivery.
Act as a point of escalation for operational HR queries within the team.
Projects & Initiatives
Contribute to rollout of new HR systems, policies, and processes.
Partner with internal HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, C&B, etc.) for seamless delivery.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of HR practices
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and recommend actions.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
