Role : HR / Recruitment Intern (Staff Augmentation Focus)

Location : Coimbatore (In-office)

Duration: 3–6 months | Stipend: Performance-based

What You Will Do

• Source & screen IT candidates for staff augmentation (90% focus)
• Understand client requirements & shortlist high-quality profiles
• Conduct telephonic assessments and negotiate basics
• Coordinate interviews (AI Tools) , track pipelines & manage ATS
• Support internal hiring (10%)
