We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR – Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a leading pharmaceutical group.
You will assist in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding the right talent to support the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and social
media platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on online platforms.
• Assist in conducting initial HR rounds and evaluating candidate suitability.
• Help in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Collaborate with HR team members on campus recruitment drives and internal
referral programs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged
to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
