Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to move candidates through the selection process. The role involves drafting and publishing job descriptions, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for various technical and non-technical positions, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every stage. The HR Recruiter will schedule and facilitate interviews, manage feedback and documentation, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities. In addition, the role will contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics and reports, and collaborate with HR team members on continuous improvement of hiring processes and policies.
