Role title: HR Project Manager Duration: 9 months Location: Johannesburg (Midrand) Role purpose:

Overall accountability for Project process and frameworks; and the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Career Path Project.
Support operationalization of the FinTech Career Path project across multiple markets, including governance, stakeholder alignment, communication plan execution, reporting, documentation, and tracking workstreams.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

Establish and maintain project governance structures across all participating markets.
Develop and manage project reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders.
Support the execution of the communication plan to ensure consistent messaging.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement across markets, teams and vendors.
Track progress and milestones across multiple work streams.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility.
