We are seeking a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources and office operations functions. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across offices.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, capable of balancing people’s priorities with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR, Payroll and Admin functions.
- Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies and labor laws.
- Review Company's policy, standard operating procedure and compensation & benefit from time to time and propose for revisions/ improvement when necessary.
- Managing the whole talent acquisition process.
- Handling training & development including various programs, professional development, training and new hire orientation.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Maintaining and updating HR records, overseeing HR-related systems.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
- Oversee office operations, facilities management, and administrative functions across locations.
- Ensure smooth setup of new offices and manage vendors/suppliers.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Support project teams with administrative and operational coordination where needed.
- Act as the key liaison with local authorities and government bodies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in local regulations and proactively advise management on operational impact and required actions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English, communication in Mandarin is a plus.
- At least 12 years of working experience in HR and Operations background.
- Essential knowledge in Vietnam Employment Laws.
- A hands-on operational individual who is well-versed in recruitment, management, supplies procurement, vendor management and employee relations & payroll.
