Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a HR Officer for Ritma Prestasi. The candidate will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training coordination, performance and probation monitoring, HR administration and records, compensation and benefits support, and employer branding initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration Management / Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Good command in English, Malay and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
