Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Coordinator (Fresher) to support our HR operations and basic marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, coordination of documentation, and supporting both digital and offline marketing activities for brand visibility and customer communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist with end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities such as issuing offer letters, collecting documents, explaining policies, and keeping employee records updated.
- Maintain employee data, files, and HR-related documentation in an organized manner.
- Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities, internal events, celebrations, and communication initiatives.
- Coordinate daily HR emails, follow-ups, and internal communication.
Marketing & Coordination
- Support execution of digital marketing activities such as content posting, social media updates, and basic campaign coordination.
- Assist in offline marketing support such as organizing events, vendor coordination, and preparing promotional material.
- Help in customer interaction coordination, responding to inquiries, and supporting communication follow-ups.
- Contribute to creating simple marketing content, presentations, and supporting brand-related tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (project / internship experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and take responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
