Qualifications

• Practical experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in Training & Development and employee engagement strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Organizational and time management skills for balancing HR and marketing responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with marketing initiatives or social media promotion is preferred
