We’re looking for a HR Manager
with a strong background in tech recruiting and management
—someone who understands the nuances of hiring world-class AI researchers, data scientists, software engineers
, and other critical technical roles. This role blends hands-on recruiting with relationship-building, brand storytelling, and light-touch HR support.
You’ll work closely with founders, engineering leadership, and product teams to define what “great” looks like and build scalable processes to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent from around the world.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Talent Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, even before roles are open.
Represent Lexsi.ai as a brand ambassador
in online communities, tech events, and AI/engineering circles.
Maintain a warm network of pre-vetted talent that can be tapped quickly as we scale.
People Ops & HR Support
Requirements:
What You’ll Get

Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, research engineers, product engineers
, Software developers,
and more.
Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates
using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
, build scorecards, and create a seamless interview process.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end hiring pipelines
, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer.
3+ years
of recruiting/talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on tech roles
(AI, ML, data science, backend/frontend engineering).
Proven success in sourcing and closing top-tier technical talent
in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of tech stacks, job families, and hiring trends in the AI/ML space.
Experience with ATS systems
(e.g., Screenloop, Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and recruiting tools.
A proactive, self-starting approach to finding talent—you're a hunter, not just a gatherer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re great at building trust with candidates and internal teams alike.
Some HR or People Ops experience
is a plus (e.g., onboarding, engagement, retention).
Bonus: Experience hiring in startups or high-growth environments
