Role:
Catalyx Space is looking for a detail-oriented HR & People Operations Executive who can support the Head of People with day-to-day HR operations, documentation work, payroll coordination, and employee communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and update HR documents (offer letters, agreements, policies, PDFs).
- Support hiring flow end-to-end: offer → documentation → onboarding trackers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee records with strict version control.
- Compile payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance.
- Send employee communications (reminders, updates, notices) on time.
- Follow HR SOPs and help implement them across teams.
- Provide admin support to the Head of People (meetings, trackers, follow-ups).
- Help maintain a consistent, professional company culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong MS Word & Excel; confident with PDF editing/formatting.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, records, payroll inputs).
Nice to have:
- Experience in startups.
- Familiarity with HR/payroll tools (e.g., Zoho, Razorpay Payroll) and comfort with AI tools.

Reliable, structured, document-savvy, crisp communicator, and comfortable with routine operational tasks.
