We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is excited to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources in a dynamic startup environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while working closely with a growing team.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding and HR operations
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
• Support employee engagement initiatives and team activities
• Collaborate with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Excel is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
