What You Will Do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication, and interest
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
