Job Title: HR Executive (Onsite)

The Role:
We’re looking for an HR Executive who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — someone who sees a gap and fills it, owns the recruitment process from the very first outreach to a signed offer, and treats every hire like a mission-critical decision. You will operate independently, think on your feet, and deliver results without supervision.
This is not a support role. This is an ownership role.
What You’ll Own:
• Drive end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with zero hand-off gaps
• Build and manage candidate pipelines with speed, precision, and consistency
• Own HR documentation, employee records, and compliance — keeping everything airtight without being reminded
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that make new hires feel the culture from Day 1
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, not just participate in them
• Identify HR inefficiencies and fix them — proactively, not reactively
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-starter who finishes what they start — every time
• Someone with strong grit — you push through obstacles, not around them
• A natural recruiter with sharp instincts for talent and people
• Strong communicator who can command a conversation with candidates and stakeholders alike
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with the right hunger and attitude are absolutely welcome — experience is a bonus, drive is a must
Choose Your Track:
We operate across two recruitment verticals and you’ll align to one based on your shift:
Local Recruitment Track
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Own the local talent pipeline — sourcing and closing Pakistani candidates across industries.
International Recruitment Track
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Time)
Work directly with US-based clients and candidates, running full-cycle recruitment on an international stage.
Both tracks demand the same thing — full ownership, zero excuses, and results.
