HR Strategy, Policies & Governance

• Define HR strategy aligned to business objectives
• Develop and approve HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and best-practice standards
• Provide executive-level guidance on complex employee relations matters

Leadership & Stakeholder Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership
• Coach leaders on people strategy, performance, and change management
• Influence leadership behaviours that support culture and accountability

Risk, Compliance & Employee Relations Oversight

• Provide oversight of disciplinary, grievance, and dispute processes
• Manage HR-related risk and ensure fair, consistent outcomes
• Engage external legal and labour advisors when required

HR Insights & Reporting

• Analyse HR metrics, trends, and risks to inform executive decision-making
• Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to leadership

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an HR Executive, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Leadership role
• Strong strategic understanding of people, performance, and organisational culture
• Deep knowledge of labour legislation and HR governance
• Ability to influence and partner at executive level

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• HR professional registration (advantageous)
