About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the growing team at Intrinseque Health, a leading provider of healthcare and wellness solutions. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support to our office in Melaka, Melaka. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
• Assisting with the coordination of payroll and benefits administration
• Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Supporting the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or consulting industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in the use of HR software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records
