Human Resource:
· Handle entire recruitment cycle for multiple locations.
· Handle Payroll as per factory act.
· Should have excellent command on Labor Law and Statutory compliances as per factory act
· Involve in the Process Manpower Planning Control & Status correspondence
· Conduct onboarding and Exit process of employees
· Daily Attendance fills up in Att. Sheet Updating all type leave record (CL, SL & EL).
· To Calculate Man Days and Man Hours.
· Controlling OT handling all types of problems of Contractor‘s and Company Employees
· Making Salary structure , bonus and Incentive sheet.
· Prepare Payroll or Salary sheet
· Making Salary slip of all employees.
· Making Full Final Settlement of company staff
· Making KPI & KRA’s Incentives records & distribution
· Personal file completion of Staff & Worker
· Maintain and Verification of contractor and Factory Registers (Muster Roll, OT Register, Salary Sheet) etc. on regular basis.
· Preparation different type of letters i.e. Offer, Appointment, Increment and Experience.
· Updating Increment Sheet CTC particulars of individual.
Admin Responsibilities
· Managing and coordinating organizational compliant and disciplinary proceedings.
· Manage general administration matters, Ensure factory asset management.
· Prepare company memos and announcement related to factory and HR issues.
· Should have working knowledge of EMD i.e of DD/BG/NEFT
· Monitor and control the Group communal areas at suitable levels such as pantry, toilets, and offices.
· Ensure all factory and vendor bills payment done on time.
· Manage Travel Desk, transport and logistic for product deployment, Cab & Hotel booking for guest. All data of booking should be in record.
· Manage and support for official and Govt. event planning and Event management.
· Responsible for all facility including inventory of office supplies, Production wearable, Pantry grocery Housekeeping, Hospitality, Pest Controlling, Security, Canteen, Logistics, support to the Maintenance, IT and Finance department.
· Manage and coordinate with client or client site for documentation.
· Purchase Order, Contract Review & Quotation, Material Preservation, Requisition & Identification
· Front office handling & attending Guest, Sending Mail.
· Responsible for Material Procure and Distribution and Billing with proper tracker.
· Responsible for Access card Allocation with Card Activation and De Activation.
· Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons or vendors (e.g electricians, Plumber, Scrap etc.)
· Perform daily inspection of the facility to ensure HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) is maintained at the highest level.
· Ensure all company assets are used in appropriate manner and group information is held securely.
· Manage Other responsibilities ask by management if needed further.
· Ensure all company licenses, insurance policies (Inventory, Assets, Vehicles) remain up to date.
· Ensure all company legal and regulatory documents are held securely and appropriately protected
· Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
· Ensure all staff visas, passports, labour cards etc. are maintained.
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
· Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
· Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Welfare Function:-
· Providing Medical facilities to the worker.
· Manage the Canteen
· Counseling with the worker for redressal of official as well as Personnel Problems.
