As we grow, we’re looking for a Support Engineer who thrives in a Linux-based, containerized, cloud-native environment and is excited to help customers solve challenging technical problems at the intersection of HPC and cloud computing.
About the Role
As a Support Engineer, you'll be on the front lines helping users navigate issues, deploy workloads, and integrate with our platform. You’ll combine customer-facing empathy with technical problem-solving skills across Linux systems, containers, and cloud services. You’ll work closely with engineering, customer success, and product teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.
