The Homologation Specialist will support the South EU (Extra-EU) team for homologation activities, ensuring timely and compliant market launches. The role involves studying country-specific regulatory requirements, coordinating with the EU RCHx team for model confirmation, ensuring technical data consistency, and supporting importers throughout in-country homologation processes.

1. Homologation Project Execution
• Study and interpret country-specific regulatory requirements for Extra-EU markets.
• Coordinate with EU RCHx and IAP teams for model confirmation and regulatory alignment.
• Request and manage Export TVV in coordination with product and certification teams.
• Verify data consistency between homologation, product, and design documentation.
• Collect and share all required Type Approval Certificates (TACs), Test Reports (TRs), and related technical information with importers.
• Track in-country homologation activities and ensure timely completion.

2. Documentation & Technical Deliverables
• Prepare and compile Homologation deliverables: Information Documents (ID), DPL, Declarations, Test Reports, and Certificates from Technical Services and Importers.
• Support STA (System Type Approval) document preparation and finalization in collaboration with the Vehicle Homologation Manager (VHM).
• Maintain up-to-date repository of certificates, test reports, and homologation status for all assigned models.

Cross-functional Coordination
• Liaise with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment between product design and homologation requirements.
• Participate in technical reviews, providing homologation-related inputs during vehicle development and serial life phases.
• Support communication and Q&A with Authorities, Technical Services, and regional importers.
