Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Duties:

• Work closely with QC’s external and internal operations teams on a variety of transportation projects
• Upload video data from QC’s traffic cameras
• Perform general equipment troubleshooting
• Proofread documents
• Serve various support functions to field technicians (e.g.,  conducting local community traffic surveys and parking lot studies).

Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Requirements:

• Highly technical and computer savvy ; technical aptitude  for hardware/software troubleshooting is critical; Microsoft Suite proficient
• Self-motivated/takes initiative, and can work independently

Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Benefits:
