High-Level Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Accountant who can manage advanced accounting functions while supporting accounts receivable, tenant coordination, lease documentation, and general ledger activities. This role requires strong technical accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multi-entity financial operations with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Handle rent collections, monitor payment schedules, and track delinquencies
• Issue, manage, and follow up on 3-day notices
• Communicate effectively with tenants to obtain updates and resolve account issues
• Maintain accurate records across multiple tenant accounts
• Follow established processes while handling sensitive financial information

Leasing Documentation & Prospect Coordination

• Draft lease agreements and ensure accuracy of leasing documents
• Create and post property listings across different platforms
• Respond promptly and clearly to prospects’ questions
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings and appointments
• Maintain organized and up-to-date listings, schedules, and documentation

Corporate Accounting (Multi-Entity)

• Perform corporate accounting functions for three separate entities
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
• Maintain and organize accounting records with accuracy and compliance
• Analyze variances, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to standards
• Work independently while managing priorities and maintaining confidentiality
• Coordinate with management and external partners professionally

General Ledger Accounting

• Manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting with a high level of accuracy
• Reconcile GL accounts and ensure all entries are updated and correct
• Prepare financial reports and statements with deep understanding of financial data
• Analyze account movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure all reporting meets internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Apply strong technical accounting knowledge at an advanced level

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or property management
• Experience drafting leases and familiarity with leasing terms
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting and multi-entity financial operations
• Extensive experience in General Ledger accounting and financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
