At Kompanion Care, we are building Lilia — a generative AI-powered companion that helps families and care providers bring more connection, joy, and stimulation into the lives of seniors. We’re a mission-driven healthtech startup based in Paris, working with leading care institutions and research partners across Europe.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Intern who is excited to combine field work with growth operations.
You’ll meet caregivers and healthcare providers directly, present Lilia on-site, and support them in adopting our solution.
You’ll also contribute to keeping our growth funnel organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with clinics with care providers through outreach and visits
- Deliver presentations and demos of Lilia, helping partners understand its value
- Support onboarding: agreements, promo codes, iPads, and setup in care settings
- Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot) and outreach funnel with new contacts and activities
- Track results, share feedback from the field, and help optimize our approach
- Collaborate with the team on outreach campaigns, content, and reporting
- Present Lilia in events, conferences to develop awareness and explore potential partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator, confident in face-to-face conversations and presentations
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in healthtech, caregiving, and digital innovation
- Comfortable working in French and English

Internship Details

- Location: Paris (Station F HQ) + field visits in Île-de-France
- Duration: 6 Months
- Compensation: Internship stipend + travel expenses
