Role Overview
TalentMapper is a fast-growing talent technology startup, and the Head of Talent Management plays a critical role in driving commercial growth through expertise, credibility, and customer impact.
This role sits at the intersection of product, customers, and market. You will act as TalentMapper’s senior Talent Management authority, helping win, onboard, retain, and grow customers by translating Talent Management theory into practical, scalable solutions delivered through our platform and services.
You will be externally visible, commercially minded, and comfortable operating while building and shaping propositions, supporting revenue, and influencing product direction in a high-growth environment.
