Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Security for a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role will oversee and develop Zof AI’s comprehensive security programs, including business continuity, network security, information security, cybersecurity, and physical security. The Head of Security will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security protocols to protect both the company and its customers from threats. Additional responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing compliance initiatives, and coordinating responses to security incidents while leading a team of security professionals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security to design and implement robust defense strategies
• Knowledge of Business Continuity to ensure operations remain functional during potential disruptions
• Experience in Physical Security and safeguarding assets, infrastructure, and personnel
• Strong leadership abilities, including team management and cross-functional collaboration skills
