Als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Produktion. Ziel ist eine wirtschaftliche, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Fertigung – in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualität, Service und Geschäftsleitung.

Deine Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung des Produktionsteams
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung aller Produktionsprozesse
• Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Kommissionierens, Verpackens und Prüfens von Waren gemäß Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Versandvorgaben.
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Ressourceneffizienz
• Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements (ISO 9001)
• Kosten‑ und Investitionsverantwortung
• Bewertung externer Fertigungspartner und Lieferanten
• Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt‑ und Rechtskonformität
• Definition und Reporting relevanter Produktions‑KPIs

Dein Profil

• Technisches Studium/Meister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktionsleitung / Fertigungssteuerung
• Erfahrung mit ERP‑ und Produktionsplanungssystemen
• Führungskompetenz, Hands‑on‑Mentalität und analytisches Denken
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

As Head of Production (m/f/d) , you are responsible for the planning, control, and continuous optimization of our production. Your goal is to ensure cost-efficient, on-time, and high-quality manufacturing in close coordination with Development, Purchasing, Quality, Service, and Management.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the production team
• Planning, control, and optimization of all production processes
• Ensuring proper picking, packing, and inspection of goods in accordance with quality, safety, and shipping requirements.
• Ensuring quality standards, on-time delivery, and efficient use of resources
• Continuous development of the quality management system (ISO 9001)
• Responsibility for production costs and investments
• Evaluation and management of external manufacturing partners and suppliers
• Responsibility for occupational safety, environmental protection, and legal compliance

Your Profile

• Technical degree, master craftsman qualification, or comparable education
• Several years of experience in production management or manufacturing control
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools
• Strong leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and analytical thinking
• Very good German and English language skills
