We’ve built it. Now we need someone exceptional to take it to market.

Neve is a working real-time Nervous System Intelligence Layer:

• Quick take-home EEG scan + any existing wearable

• Clear daily Neural Readiness Score

• AI that explains what your nervous system is actually telling you

We are still a very lean team. The product works, but we need a Head of Product to own the next phase: turning this into a category-defining platform.

You will own:

• Full product strategy and roadmap

• Go-to-market execution (sport first, then clinics, high-performers, consumer)

• User experience that makes complex nervous system data simple, actionable, and addictive

• Defining what “great” looks like as we scale from early traction to broad adoption

• Building product processes and (eventually) a small high-output team

What we’re looking for:

• Product experience, ideally in healthtech, wearables, performance, consumer SaaS or neurotech

• Proven ability to ship fast, iterate, and turn early products into loved platforms

• Strong strategic thinking + obsessive attention to user experience

• Comfortable in ambiguity and high-ownership environments

• Excited by the mission of making the human nervous system visible and optimisable
