We are now looking for a Head of Operations to strengthen our operational backbone, working closely with the COO and leadership team to ensure that Sitemark’s fast growth is supported by efficient, scalable, and reliable processes.

As Head of Operations , you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day effectiveness of our business. Your mission is to turn strategy into flawless execution making sure teams have the tools, processes, and data they need to succeed.

Own P&L responsibility for the operations function , ensuring financial performance aligns with company targets.
Drive compliance, contract management, and risk monitoring in daily operations.
Be a hands-on leader: building, improving, and fixing processes while mentoring an operations team.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and a commercial mindset to ensure operations effectively support Sitemark’s growth and customer success.
Work flexible hours to accommodate international markets and clients across multiple time zones.
Based in Belgium (HQ Leuven) .
7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Management, or Program Management in a scale-up, SaaS, or renewable energy company with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable processes .
Strong analytical and project management skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English ; additional EU languages are a plus.
A pragmatic, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
