Cori is building an AI-native clinical development workspace for teams designing, writing, reviewing, and managing trial documentation and processes. We’re early, moving fast, and we need a senior marketer who can turn credibility into pipeline.

This is our first senior marketing hire. High autonomy, high output, high bar.

What you will own

• Positioning and messaging: tight narrative by persona (Sponsor, CRO, Clinical Ops, Trial Optimization, Process & Standards)
• Proof and credibility: case studies, quantified outcomes, reference program, responsible AI and compliance-safe claims
• Demand that fits life sciences buying: ABM, founder-led content, webinars/roundtables, partner motions, event strategy focused on booked meetings
• Product marketing: launches, module one-pagers, demo scripts, sales enablement that helps convert pilots to paid
• Website and conversion: messaging, landing pages, analytics and attribution that are honest and useful at early stage

What success looks like (90 days)

• Messaging is crisp and consistent across website, deck, outbound, and demos
• At least 2 strong customer stories in production (can be anonymized)
• A repeatable cadence that drives qualified ICP meetings
• Sales enablement that improves conversion from first call to pilot, and pilot to paid

You are a likely fit if you

• Have 6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally enterprise or mid-market SaaS
• Thrive in trust-heavy, regulated, or risk-averse markets (life sciences, healthcare, security, fintech are all relevant)
• Are strong in positioning and product marketing, not just demand gen
• Can ship continuously, measure impact, and iterate fast
• Can translate complex workflows into simple, credible value

Nice to have

• Understanding of clinical development operations and how sponsors and CROs buy
• A network in clinical ops innovation circles
• Experience with ABM and founder-led growth in early stage B2B
