Reporting directly to the COO, you will be the commercial and technical engine of our marine segment. Your goal is to scale our operations by leveraging your industry network and deep understanding of vessel life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Expansion: Utilize your established connections with Technical Managers and Ship Owners to drive new contracts and strategic partnerships.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the entire lifecycle—from initial sales and client liaison to the deployment of technicians and final project delivery.
Compliance & Reporting: Manage all documentation related to Class Approvals and ensure the delivery of high-quality, vessel-final endorsed reports that meet global standards.
Drydock & Structural Expertise: Oversee steel renewal and gauging projects, ensuring precision and compliance with Class Surveyors (DNV, IRS, ABS, etc.).
Training & Mentorship: Oversee the specialized training programs for both freshers and existing staff on our patented technologies and AI-driven inspection tools.
Strategic Recruitment: Hire and mentor a multidisciplinary team across the marine gauging and NDT sectors

Desired Profile:

Sea-Proven Expertise : Sailed as a C/E, Master, or Chief Officer; or served as a Class Surveyor/Superintendent with a strong sailing background.
Vessel Structure Specialist: Extensive experience in Drydocks and Steel Renewal. You understand the commercial and technical pressures of a ship in yard.
Industry Networker: Well-connected to middle and senior-level decision-makers in the global shipping industry.
Innovative Mindset: Passionate about how emerging technologies can optimize asset integrity and safety.
