The Team Revenue Operations at incident.io is a small, high-impact team that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and improve GTM productivity.
As Head of GTM Systems & Applied AI , you'll lead the evolution of our go-to-market infrastructure—from a traditional systems function into an AI-powered operating engine. We treat our GTM stack like a product, our revenue teams as the customer, and automation and AI as the default way to solve problems that used to require manual work.
You'll partner with GTM leaders and Applied AI engineers to design the systems, workflows, and intelligence layer that power how we generate pipeline and scale revenue. If successful, you'll define the future of GTM systems at incident.io and build a team around you as we grow.
