We are growing, and today we are a team with 19 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees with different backgrounds, skills, and knowledge. We have a solid knowledge and understanding of the shipping industry and a reliable maritime network.
The main office is in Oslo, and we have just opened an office in Singapore and we have a representative in Athens.
To continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced salesperson to lead our sales and customer support team. We are looking for a person with experience in product tech sales (SaaS), capable of closing B2B office software sales, and the will and ability to build, lead, and grow a global sales and customer success team, and you need to have prior maritime shipping experience.
About Maritime Optima We started Maritime Optima AS in May 2019. Today, we are privately funded by serial tech entrepreneurs and shipping executives. We were awarded the Copernicus price and the Microsoft Startup program in 2019-2021. In 2023, we became a part of the Microsoft ISV Success Program.
Our HQ is located in modern offices in Vika Atrium in Oslo and the position is located in Oslo. We want to build and grow a global sales team, and intend to grow our presence in Athens, Singapore and London.
We Have Spent Most Of The Time Making Structured Data Out Of Unstructured Data, And We Have Been Working Closely With The Users While Developing The Products We Offer And Continuously Do That. Today, We Develop And Distribute Two SaaS Products

ShipAtlas : An application for individuals and consumers interested in following ships. ShipAtlas was launched in February 2022. Users can download the application from the AppStore or Google Play Store or register on the web. Today, ShipAtlas has more than 500,000 registered users.
