About The Role As Head of Compliance, you will design and implement a proactive, risk-aligned compliance strategy that supports the business at all stages – from product development through to international deployment. You’ll provide leadership across safety certification, data governance, export controls, and regulatory readiness.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that spans robotics regulation, trade compliance, AI/data policy, and product assurance. You’ll partner with teams across engineering, supply chain, product, legal, and leadership to help the business navigate complexity while maintaining speed and flexibility.
