Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City, Mexico, for a Head of DevOps. The responsibilities include leading and managing DevOps teams, overseeing the development and maintenance of robust and scalable infrastructure, implementing and optimizing continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and ensuring reliable and secure system environments. The Head of DevOps will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and understanding of coding standards and best practices
• Strong Infrastructure expertise, with experience in building and maintaining scalable and reliable system environments
• Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment pipelines for seamless operations
• Proven Team Leadership skills to lead and mentor DevOps teams effectively
• Strong skills with Linux systems and associated tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
