Votre rôle Votre mission sera d’accélérer et d’optimiser le développement de nos futurs produits clients tout en respectant les critères de qualité, coût, délais, et performance. Au cœur de l'innovation, vous serez responsable de transformer les besoins clients en produits industrialisés, prêts pour la production de masse. En collaborant étroitement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous définirez les processus, jalons et actions clés pour garantir une satisfaction client maximale et atteindre nos objectifs de croissance.

Profil recherché

• Vous savez gérer des projets industriels de grande envergure, dans un contexte de ramp up et de scalabilité de l’entreprise,
• Vous savez animer ces projets de façon transverse et vous avez un très bon relationnel client,
• Vous maîtrisé la conception de produits matériaux complexes,
• Vous avez plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans la conception de produits de sport,
• Vous parlez couramment Anglais

• Le poste requiert des déplacements réguliers entre Nantes et Paris (2 à 3 fois par mois), et vers l’Asie,
• CDI, télétravail ponctuel autorisé
