About The Role Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Head of Clinical to help drive our Scientific/Clinical function from our Barcelona hub. Reporting directly to the Chief Scientific Officer, this person will play a critical role in leading Biorce's clinical workstream: ensuring strategy is executed with rigour, pace, and scientific credibility as we scale.

Who We're Looking For A senior clinical leader who thrives at the intersection of science, strategy, and execution. Someone with deep clinical expertise, a track record of managing director-level teams, and the credibility to represent the function both internally and externally. This person should be equally at home shaping governance frameworks and engaging KOLs as they are rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements ✅ Must-haves

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent)
• 15+ years of experience in clinical development and operations within pharma, biotech, or CRO settings
• Proven experience managing senior clinical staff at director level or above
• Deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ICH, FDA, EMA)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent the function externally with clients, partners, and KOLs
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
